Dilini Fernando: Digital Innovator / Brand Marketer / Entrepreneur/ Former Radio DJ / Actress
Dilini Fernando is a manager of Digital Marketing & Media at MillerCoors. Currently, she leads the Digital Incubator Fund -- a pipeline of experimentation designed to identify and test progressive digital marketing and media solutions that inform scaling opportunities for MillerCoors. In addition to her brand-led work, she also collaborates with shopper marketing teams to better leverage digital innovation at retail.
Dilini joined MillerCoors in 2011 on the Miller Lite brand team focusing on festival activation, social media, and integrated partnerships. Prior to MillerCoors, Dilini spent several years in media entrepreneurship launching the largest band rehearsal facility in New England, an affiliate record label, and artist management company.
In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing her passion for music, entertainment, arts, and technology. Dilini has been a proud member of AFTRA / SAG since 2006. She currently performs with the musical improv team La-Di-Dah at Chicago's iO.
Dilini received her BA from Brown University and her MBA from the University of Chicago.
